Medical needs

There are a few things that we could use at the center if anyone has extras:

Blood pressure cuffs-adults and peds
Otoscope-to look in ears
I don't know what the word is, but it's the plastic/metal stick that is for pulling things out of ears...it has a small open loop on the end and is very handy

Any meds are amazingly helpful, especially the basics of antibiotis, pain relievers, antacids, cough/cold meds.

Let me know if you are interested and I can tell you how to get it down here. Thanks so much.

Hey Jessi~
The little ear loop thingy's are called ear currettes. I'll take a look in the medical donation bins around my work and see if there is anything in them that you might be able to use. Are there any other random supplies that I can keep an eye out for? Also it is possible that I MIGHT be able to get my hands on a couple of pedi bp cuffs that have attatchments that don't work on our new monitors and equipment. If I can get these do you think you might be able to adapt them to your current epuipment (meaning you have some sort of sphignomnometers/sp? already).

Anything at all is generally helpful around here. I have no medical equipment to hook the cuffs into, so would need a manual one, and in its entirity. Let me know what supplies you find, but I'm sure I can find a use for them! Thanks for your help.
